As per the official information bulletin, a candidate's score will be calculated for his/her corresponding shift. Marks for correct answers will be given as per the CSIR NET answer key. This raw score will then be converted into 'NTA score' or percentile

If you can score 75-80, then extra 40 marks you can easily get from Section A and B. So, 115-120 are enough to qualify CSIR NET JRF chemical Sciences, as your percentage will reach to 57.5-60%.

The minimum marks required for CSIR NET is 33% for the General, EWS, and OBC categories and 25% for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.

NTA releases the UGC NET cut off for JRF & Assistant Professor posts. According to the UGC NET cut off, the general category's minimum qualifying mark is 40%, while the reserved category's minimum qualifying mark is 35%.

i.To know about the weightage of each topic- Different chapters, topics and even sub-topics carry a different weightage of marks in the question paper. Topics carrying more marks can be given more importance and time.

It is very helpful if the candidate is appearing for the first time for CCE. Candidates must also analyse the trends in the pattern of every year questions asked, it may help them to anticipate the pattern of the upcoming exam.
